APHL's third Interoperability Forum focused on how laboratories are advancing their NGS capabilities. It featured Kelly Oakeson (UT), Lauren Turner (VA) and Cheyanne Daniels (VA) who discussed their planning and implementation processes and experience using both existing infrastructure (VA--STARLIMS), as well as Clarity LIMS (Utah). During this session, Dave Jones from CDC's Office of Advanced Molecular Detection also conducted a live demo of a LIMS for NGS workflows, LIMS Lite.
