DESCRIPTION
Designed for scientists working in LRN-C laboratories, this three-day training focuses on enhancing outreach and response capabilities while encompassing discussions on collaborations and presentations on methods updates and emerging technologies.
AUDIENCE
This meeting is designed for chemists performing the Laboratory Response Network for Chemical Threats (LRN-C) testing in public health laboratories, supervisors responsible for oversight of chemical threat testing, and LRN-C partners.

A limited number of rooms (80) at a government rate ($107/night) have been negotiated and must be booked by March 1, 2024. We recommend booking early.
TRANSPORTATION
Valet parking at Marriott Jacksonville Downtown is offered at a rate of $10 for daily parking and $24 for overnight parking for hotel guests. To facilitate this service, vouchers will be provided during the meeting to those opting for daily parking, which they can use to validate their parking.

APHL will fund a limited number of travel awards to this meeting to cover air, ground transportation, and meals not included at this meeting.
Participants will be selected according to the degree to which the applicant’s job description, experience, and responsibilities are consistent with the meeting objectives. Preference will be given to LRN-C Level 2 laboratories. Notification of acceptance status will be sent via email.
Only completed applications received by the deadline will be considered. Application does not guarantee acceptance.
