We are looking to procure a LIMS for reporting sequencing results, bi-directional data sharing with the CDC, PHL systems partners, state epidemiologists as well as for in-house QA/QI purposes. We will appreciate your sharing experience with LIMS vendors that worked for you.

I don't have NGS vendor experience to share but do know some folks who do. I'd recommend checking out some of the resources mentioned by the speakers who participated in APHL's Interoperability Forum on the matter. I'll include the link here. Additionally, I'll share your question with those who may be able to assist.
