Hi everyone,
We are excited to announce that there will be one more Interoperability Forum before the end of the year! APHL's third Interoperability Forum will be taking place on Tuesday, December 13 from 1:00 - 2:30 Eastern and is open to all, though registration is required.
Register here. The intent of this ongoing series is to feature solutions to common informatics challenges through presentations and demonstrations from laboratories, as well as provide a venue for the public health laboratory informatics community to raise questions, share ideas and connect.
The 12/13 Forum will give attendees the opportunity to hear how laboratories are advancing their NextGen Sequencing capabilities. During this session, representatives from Utah Public Health Laboratory and Virginia Division of Consolidated Laboratory Services will discuss their planning and implementation processes and experience using both existing infrastructure (VA-STARLIMS), as well as Clarity LIMS (Utah). Additionally, learn about opportunities from CDC OAMD for beta testing a LIMS for NGS workflows.
Please let me know if you have any questions or would like any additional information. Hope you are able to attend, and hope you all have a very happy Thanksgiving!
Best,
Rachel
