I want to ensure that everyone is aware of the recently launched APHL Informatics
Technical Assistance Request Form. Currently, APHL works with CDC to triage, coordinate, and provide technical assistance related to a wide swath of informatics areas, including:
- Electronic Laboratory Reporting
- Cross Jurisdictional Data Exchange (State-to-State InterPartner ELR)
- Case Notifications and Message Mapping Guides (NNDSS)
- Data Modernization Initiative
- Electronic Case Reporting
- Electronic Test Orders and Results (ETOR)
We are really excited that public health laboratories and health departments are now able to submit all their TA requests using one centralized, easy-to-access form (easy to bookmark, too!).
We are also excited to include ETOR TA on this form, which we know is an area of interest to many. We are still working with CDC to finalize the scope of ETOR TA that we could provide. We encourage you use this form to submit your identified ETOR requests so that we can get a broad sense of what folks are needing.
