Our incredible APHL members are joining forces and collecting data on our laboratory workforce through the use of workforce profiles. The more profiles submitted means the more likely your lab will find the data's insights helpful when it comes time to expand, rethink, and retain skilled workforce.
The 2024 Laboratory Workforce Profiles survey is the Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL) primary survey to support laboratory workforce recruitment and retention needs, including wages, vacancy rates and job satisfaction. The survey should be completed by ANYONE working in a public health, agriculture, or environmental laboratory. APHL is seeking as many responses as possible from each laboratory. Complete the survey no later than April 9, 2024.
